Developed using our Ergo-Fit outsole, the Springfield boot is engineered for comfort without compromising on protection. Designed to match the natural shape of your foot, the Ergo-Fit technology will ensure the best possible fit. 

A composite safety toe and composite midsole pairing ensures weight is kept to a minimum in the Springfield boot, without removing any of the protection you need. The addition of the Pro-Comfort insole continues the lightweight theme, but also provides arch support, as well as a layer of 3D Memory Foam to enhance the comfort even further. 

As if that wasn't enough the Springfield is also fully waterproof, and includes a Hydroguard bootie, which allows your foot to breathe without letting water droplets through the lining.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are despatched on a standard carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 1-2 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 2pm Friday and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on Bank Holidays and will not process orders until the following business day.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DPD and Royal Mail as our courier for customer shipments.

Is delivery free in the UK?

Delivery is free for all order value of £40.00 and above. For orders under the value of £40.00 a £5.00 delivery charge will be applied. Please note that we are unable to refund this delivery charge in the event the item is required to be returned.
Delivery to Northern Ireland is £5 regardless of order value.

For all orders £40 and over delivery is included.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £5.00 regardless of order value.

If you would like to return your UNWORN product within 30 days of purchase, please use the Returns portal. Please enter your email used when placing the order as well as the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation or order dispatch emails and will begin with "SHP".

Please select the relevant reason for returning the item(s), or select other and type the reason in the available box underneath. Then select the size of package you will be returning in order to be provided with the correct returns label for your items. This will then generate a prepaid return shipping label via Royal Mail. Please return the item using this label, if you wish to see the available return options/locations nearest to you please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return and enter the return postage ID shown on the label. 

If your goods are defective when you receive them we will provide a shipping label for return postage, and either exchange for a replacement or a refund will be given. 

We endeavour to complete this within 10 working days of receiving the item. 

Non-faulty products & packaging must be suitable for resale and free from damage, writing, tape, labels etc. Failure to return items and packaging in a resalable condition will affect your refund. To prevent this from occurring please over pack your item to ensure that the packaging is protected
