FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Order

All orders are despatched on a standard carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 2-3 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 2pm Friday and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on Bank Holidays and will not process orders until the following business day.

We use DPD and Royal Mail for our shipments. When your order is confirmed as collected you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, which will contain the tracking link for your parcel.

Once you receive an email confirmation of the order we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure you are reviewing all the details of the order on the checkout screen before confirming the order. You are able to exit the checkout process at any point before placing the order.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery is free for all order value of £40.00 and above. For orders under the value of £40.00 a £5.00 delivery charge will be applied. Please note that we are unable to refund this delivery charge in the event the item is required to be returned.

We deliver to all areas of the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Man.

If you would like to return your UNWORN product within 30 days of purchase, please use the Returns portal.

Please select the relevant reason for returning the item(s), or select other and type the reason in the available box underneath. Then select the size of package you will be returning in order to be provided with the correct returns label for your items.

This will then generate a prepaid return shipping label via Royal Mail. Please return the item using this label, if you wish to see the available return options/locations nearest to you please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return and enter the return postage ID shown on the label. 

If your goods are defective when you receive them we will provide a shipping label for return postage, and either exchange for a replacement or a refund will be given. 

We endeavour to complete this within 10 working days of receiving the item. 

Non-faulty products packaging must be suitable for resale and free from damage, writing, tape, labels etc. Failure to return items and packaging in a resalable condition will affect your refund. To prevent this from occurring please over pack your item to ensure that the packaging is protected

We include the shipping and billing address details on your order confirmation emails, as well as on the order summary screen prior to placing the order.

If after this point you notice the delivery address is incorrect, please get in touch with us via enquiries@dewaltworkwear.co.uk or the contact form on the site.

We cannot guarantee the delivery address can be corrected after the point of order confirmation, and are not liable for issues arising from parcels being sent to the provided shipping address. We will, however, assist wherever possible and redirect the parcel if at all possible.

ACCOUNT

Account creation is not mandatory for placing orders, however we recommend creating an account to make store and track your order history, and make your future experiences as slick as possible. You can also subscribe to be kept up to date with future promotions, offers, useful features and brand new product launches via email.

PAYMENT

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards, as well as payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal

Your payment option will be charged at the point of submitting the order to us.
